Beast Wars: Transformers is a third-person shooter developed by SCE Cambridge Studio and published by Hasbro Interactive on December 5, 1997 for PlayStation and May 31, 1998 for PC. It is based on the popular Transformers: Beast Wars animated series, specifically the first season, after the introduction of Airazor and Inferno.

Samurai Shodown III: Blades of Blood, known as Samurai Spirits: Zankuro Musouken (サムライスピリッツ 斬紅郎無双剣) in Japan and Fighters Swords in Korea, released on November 15, 1995. It is the third game in SNK's popular Samurai Shodown series of fighting games for the Neo Geo. While it is the third game in the main series, it is the first part of a two-chapter story set between Samurai Shodown and Samurai Shodown II.

Blaster Master: Blasting Again (known simply as Blaster Master in Japan) is the fifth game in the Blaster Master series. It was released for the PlayStation. The release of the original game had a different plot, but this title is a follow-up to the Worlds of Power adaptation in all regions. It was released in Japan on July 13, 2000, and was supposed to be released in North America on November 7, 2000,[1] but issues with the game caused it to be delayed until it got a release on May 6, 2001.

Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain is an action-adventure game developed by Silicon Knights and published by Crystal Dynamics, with distribution involvement from Activision and BMG Interactive. It was released for the PlayStation in 1996, and a Microsoft Windows port was developed by Semi Logic Entertainments and released jointly by Crystal Dynamics and Activision in 1997. The game is the first title in the Legacy of Kain series.In Blood Omen, the player follows Kain, a slain nobleman newly resurrected as a vampire. Seeking revenge against his murderers and a cure to his vampiric curse, Kain is tasked with traversing the fictional land of Nosgoth and slaughtering the Circle of Nine, a corrupt oligarchy of godlike sorcerers, but slowly begins to forsake humanity and view his transformation as a blessing.Silicon Knights designed Blood Omen as "a game which adults would want to play", intending to evolve the action role-playing genre and bring artistic cinema to video game consoles. Reviewers praised its scope and storytelling, but criticized its lengthy loading times. After its release, a dispute arose concerning ownership of its intellectual property rights, after which Crystal Dynamics retained permission to continue the series with their 1999 sequel, Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver.

Bomberman (ボンバーマン Bonbāman, also known as Dyna Blaster in Europe) is a strategic, maze-based video game franchise originally developed by Hudson Soft and currently owned by Konami. The original game was published in 1983 and new games have been published at irregular intervals ever since. Today, Bomberman has featured in over 70 different games on numerous platforms (including all Nintendo platforms save for the 3DS and Wii U. One was planned for the 3DS, but was later cancelled), as well as several anime and manga. His franchise is one of the most commercially successful of all time. At the Nintendo Switch Presentation on January 13, 2017, Super Bomberman R was announced as a Nintendo Switch launch title.

Bomberman Wars is a video game in the Bomberman series released for the Sega Saturn and PlayStation on April 16, 1998. The main character is King Bomber who rules over his kingdom. The object of the game is to conquer all the pieces of the Bomber country. Eventually you fight the main villain, Bagular, and his four henchmen.This is one of the earliest games in the Bomberman series to stray away from its party game roots and focus more on the single player component (though it did have a VS mode). It is the third Bomberman game for the Saturn, and the second for the PlayStation.

The Bombing Islands (The Bombing Islands: Kid Klown's Craze Puzzle ボンビンアイランド キッドクラウンのクレイジーパズル (Bonbin Airendo Kido Kuraun no Kreiji Pazuru) in Japan) is a puzzle video gamedeveloped and published by Kemco for the PlayStation. It was later re-released for Nintendo 64 in North America on April 30, 1999, and in Europe on June 18, 1999. A cell phone game named "The Bombing Island" was also released in 2003 by Kemco, but with graphics from the game Bombuzal with the main character changed to Kid Clown.

BoomBots is a fighting video game released in 1999 for PlayStation.[citation needed] It was created by Doug TenNapel, best known as the creator of Earthworm Jim, and it was developed by The Neverhood, Inc. Moreover, it was published by SouthPeak Games. Like other games developed by The Neverhood Inc., (The Neverhood and Skullmonkeys), BoomBots features distinctive claymation visuals and various amounts of toilet humor. This game was both a critical and commercial failure.
