Beyond the Beyond, known in Japan as Beyond the Beyond: Harukanaru Kanān he (ビヨンド ザ ビヨンド ～遥かなるカナーンへ～, lit. "Beyond the Beyond: To Far Away Kanaan"), is a role-playing video game that was developed by Camelot Software Planning and published by Sony Computer Entertainment for the PlayStation in 1995. Though not the first role-playing game released for the PlayStation, Beyond the Beyond was the first RPG available in the west for the console using a traditional Japanese RPG gameplay style like Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest and Phantasy Star. The characters were designed by popular manga artist Ami Shibata.

Blade is a video game based on the 1998 film adaptation of the Blade character that starred Wesley Snipes. The game was developed by Southport-based Hammerhead and published by Activision for the Game Boy Color and PlayStation in 2000. It follows the adventure of Blade with help of his mentor and friend Abraham Whistler, and with old remembered enemies like Dragonetti and Mannheim. Upon release, critics were mixed to negative in reviews; they were critical of the graphics, camera, controls, voice acting, and that it "failed to capture the spirit" of the movie.

Samurai Shodown III: Blades of Blood, known as Samurai Spirits: Zankuro Musouken (サムライスピリッツ 斬紅郎無双剣) in Japan and Fighters Swords in Korea, released on November 15, 1995. It is the third game in SNK's popular Samurai Shodown series of fighting games for the Neo Geo. While it is the third game in the main series, it is the first part of a two-chapter story set between Samurai Shodown and Samurai Shodown II.

Blaze and Blade: Eternal Quest is a multiplayer action role-playing game developed by T&E Soft for the PlayStation and PC. It is the first in the series (the other being Blaze & Blade Busters, which uses the same engine), and the only one released outside Japan.

Blazing Dragons is a point-and-click adventure video game developed by the Illusions Gaming Company and published by Crystal Dynamics for the PlayStation and Sega Saturn consoles. It is based on the television series of the same name. In a twist on the legend of King Arthur, the player controls Flicker, a dragon who lives in Camelhot castle and is in love with Princess Flame, but is not eligible to ask for her hand in marriage because he is not a knight. However, the King has announced a dragon tournament, where the winner will not only win the princess, but also become the new king.The humour in the game is heavily influenced by Monty Python The voice cast is headed by Terry Jones, Cheech Marin and Harry Shearer, along with supporting performances from veteran voice actors such as Jim Cummings, Jeff Bennett, Kath Soucie, Jess Harnell, Gregg Berger, and Charlie Adler.

Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain is an action-adventure game developed by Silicon Knights and published by Crystal Dynamics, with distribution involvement from Activision and BMG Interactive. It was released for the PlayStation in 1996, and a Microsoft Windows port was developed by Semi Logic Entertainments and released jointly by Crystal Dynamics and Activision in 1997. The game is the first title in the Legacy of Kain series.In Blood Omen, the player follows Kain, a slain nobleman newly resurrected as a vampire. Seeking revenge against his murderers and a cure to his vampiric curse, Kain is tasked with traversing the fictional land of Nosgoth and slaughtering the Circle of Nine, a corrupt oligarchy of godlike sorcerers, but slowly begins to forsake humanity and view his transformation as a blessing.Silicon Knights designed Blood Omen as "a game which adults would want to play", intending to evolve the action role-playing genre and bring artistic cinema to video game consoles. Reviewers praised its scope and storytelling, but criticized its lengthy loading times. After its release, a dispute arose concerning ownership of its intellectual property rights, after which Crystal Dynamics retained permission to continue the series with their 1999 sequel, Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver.

Bloody Roar (ブラッディロア Buraddi Roa) is a series of fighting games created by Hudson Soft, and developed together with Eighting. The series has been published by multiple companies, including Virgin Interactive, Activision, and Konami. Konami currently holds the rights to the franchise after Hudson Soft was absorbed into the former company in 2012.[1]The series began in 1997 under the name Beastorizer. The game's theme incorporated anthropomorphism, where the player has the ability to transform into a half-human, half-animal creature known as a Zoanthrope (the name came from the clinical term, 'zoanthropy', which is similar to that of lycanthropy). The game would appear under the name "Bloody Roar" when ported to the PlayStation in 1998, which would become the permanent title thereafter.
