Galaga: Destination Earth is a 2000 3D video game, an update to the popular Golden Age arcade game Galaga. It was developed by King of the Jungle Ltd. and published by Hasbro Interactive. It was released for Microsoft Windows, Sony PlayStation and Game Boy Color.Destination Earth includes nine stages, each consisting of several "waves" of alien attackers and bonus waves. Most of the stages are planetary locations, like an Ancient Egyptianish Mars, Metropolitan Earth, and Saturn. Some are non-planet astronomical objects like the moon or the sun. On the final stage, the player finds must battle on a "planetoid". The "waves" consist of three preset views denoted as ALPHA (1st person), DELTA (side scroller), and GAMMA (top view or original Galaga view).If a tractor beam ship is destroyed, there is a chance that a cube will come out. If the player catches this cube, they will get a temporary tractor beam that can capture an enemy ship. Captured enemy ships will then act as wing-men for your fighter until destroyed by enemy fire, just as they do in Gaplus.

Galerians (ガレリアンズ Garerianzu) is a 1999 survival horror video game developed by Polygon Magic, published by ASCII Entertainment and distributed by Crave Entertainment for the PlayStation. The game follows a boy named Rion who discovers he has psychic powers. He has amnesia, and in the process of learning his identity, he discovers that he is humanity's last hope for survival against the Galerians, genetically enhanced humans. The game has a sequel, Galerians: Ash on PlayStation 2.

Gekido: Urban Fighters is a beat 'em up video game for the PlayStation console, created by Italian studio Naps Team. The game uses a fast paced beat 'em up system, with many bosses and a colorful design in terms of graphics. The game features the music of Fatboy Slim and Apartment 26. Marvel comic book artist Joe Madureira also contributed. Versions of Gekido were also planned for the Game Boy Color and N-Gage but were never released. It was later followed by a GBA sequel called Gekido Advance: Kintaro's Revenge. A second sequel had been announced, entitled Gekido: The Dark Angel.

Gex 3: Deep Cover Gecko (titled Gex: Deep Pocket Gecko on Game Boy Color) is a platform video game. It is the third and final installment of the Gex video game series. Danny John-Jules provided the voice for Gex in the UK and European release and comedian Dana Gould reprised the role for the American release, also starring the Playboy model Marliece Andrada as Agent Xtra, the only character that is featured in live-action. Unlike the first two Gex games, passwords are not used for saving (except in the Game Boy Color version). A controller pak on the Nintendo 64 or a memory card on the PlayStation were the only options for saving. The N64 version features small amounts of live action FMV sequences featuring Agent Xtra.

Gradius Gaiden (グラディウス外伝 Gradiusu Gaiden) is a 1997 horizontal scrolling shooter video game developed and published by Konami for the PlayStation console. The game was released exclusively in Japan on August 28, 1997 and was later re-released on November 20, 2003 as part of the PSone Books collection. Gradius Gaiden didn't see availability outside Japan until the release of Gradius Collection on the PlayStation Portable, which was released worldwide in 2006.
